Step 01
Propose a property
Send us a unique home you own or want to lease for three years with a purchase option. We bring the market data; you bring the vision. If you don't hold it yet, we'll help you secure the lease, furnish it, and cover rent for a share of income.

Underwriting
If we're interested, we'll request your purchase or lease agreement, floor plans, and details on the surrounding homes and neighbors. New investments must pencil at a minimum 5% cap rate assuming 10% vacancy and 20% operating expenses.

Staff and launch
Select local operators and submit backups. We fund all startup and ongoing rental expenses, market the property to guests worldwide, and support your team in exchange for a percentage of profits.
