Find a unique property and let us know why it will make a great vacation rental. We have our own market data but rely on our clients to provide vision and properties that can be leased for three years with a purchase option. If you do not already own/lease the property, we will help you secure a lease, furnish it, and cover the cost of the rental in return for a percentage of the income.
Currently we only accept properties in vacation destinations trending on social media. We help you get set up and find clients.

STEP TWO:
If we are interested in your proposed property we will request a copy of your purchase/lease agreement, floor plans, and info about the neighbors surrounding houses.
For all new investments we require properties have a minimum of a 5% cap rate assuming 10% vacancy and 20% operational expenses.
STEP THREE:
Select the local staff for operating your property and submit details with multiple backup options. We will fund all startup and ongoing rental expenses, market your property to clients worldwide, and assist your local staff in exchange for a percentage of the profits.
Providing qualified professional staff for us to work with is important. We can help guide the right people but cannot work with everyone.
